1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that all activities under your account comply with these Terms.
2.1 Our Services include automated reminders, text messages, emails, and notifications sent on your behalf. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other marketing and privacy regulations.
2.2 You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before sending automated messages.
2.3 RingBack is not liable for any penalties, claims, or legal actions arising from non-compliant messaging practices.
3.1 Our scheduling tools help businesses manage appointments efficiently. However, RingBack is not responsible for any missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments.
3.2 Users are responsible for ensuring that their scheduling settings align with their business needs.
4.1 We provide website design, development, and hosting services. While we strive for optimal uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
4.2 RingBack is not responsible for third-party downtime, security breaches, or losses due to hacking or unauthorized access.
4.3 Any website content provided by the client must comply with copyright laws and not contain prohibited material.
5.1 Some of our Services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
5.2 Payments are due on a recurring basis as per your subscription plan. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5.3 RingBack does not offer refunds except as required by law.
6.1 We provide Services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied. RingBack is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services.
6.2 We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from security threats.
6.3 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our Services in the past six months.
7.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to our data practices.
7.2 While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats. Users are encouraged to take necessary precautions to safeguard their data.
8.1 RingBack reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
8.2 You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused service periods.
9.1 We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
